- This challenging test enhances equilibrium and body awareness.
- Measure balance by standing on a reduced base of support and closing your eyes.

Perform:
- Incorporate into warm up and cool downs
- Often
Instructions:
- If removing vision is too challenging keep your eyes open
- Progress to closing your eyes only on exhales and finally try keeping them closed for the duration of the test
- Record time and practice often to improve
- Perform barefoot
- Continue test for up to 60 seconds
- Prevent excessive swaying
- Allow sufficient practice trials
- Test is terminated when you lose postural control, eye's open, feet move or arms move from folded position
